We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Sr. Staff Accountant to oversee the financial operations of our hospitality properties. Key Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting functions related to hotel operations, including accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and general ledger management
Prepare and analyze financial statements, budgets, and forecasts to support strategic decision-making
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations and hotel policies
Supervise accounting staff, providing training and performance evaluations
Coordinate with external auditors during financial audits and ensure timely completion
Monitor cash flow, revenue, and expenses to optimize financial performance
Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard hotel assets
Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and improve operational efficiency

Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification preferred
Proven experience in hotel or hospitality accounting management
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and hotel operations
Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite, especially Excel
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Effective leadership and communication abilities
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
