April is Child Abuse Prevention Month, a time to raise awareness, encourage action, and reaffirm our shared responsibility to protect children and strengthen families in our communities. We believe safe, supportive environments help communities thrive. Child abuse prevention starts with awareness, compassion, and a willingness to look out for one another. Simple actions like listening, offering support, and connecting families to resources can make a meaningful difference. Together, through education, engagement, and care, we can help create communities where every child has the opportunity to grow up safe and supported.

Associa leaders recently traveled across the U.S. to meet with branch and regional teams, strengthening connections, aligning strategies, and reinforcing what it takes to deliver exceptional customer service. Chief Operations Officer Charles Riska, alongside Senior Vice President of Client Success Jeremy Clark, Senior Vice President of Operations Brad Wells, and Regional Vice President of Operations Marilyn Nieves, spent time with leaders across California, Florida, and Texas. Beyond strategy and operations, these conversations emphasized the importance of recognizing the people doing the work every day. Taking time to acknowledge effort, celebrate wins, and reinforce shared expectations plays a critical role in building strong, engaged teams and delivering outstanding service to our clients.
