Healthcare Recruiter

Jackson Physician Search is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our Chesterfield team. This role offers hands-on experience in sourcing, outreach, and relationship building, along with structured training, coaching, and mentorship. It's a dynamic, client-facing recruiting opportunity, ideal for driven, competitive individuals looking to grow into a successful career in physician recruitment.

What You’ll Do:

• Call providers to proactively source viable physician and provider candidates
• Conduct thorough phone screens with attention to detail and prompt follow up
• Update the internal client and provider database with recruitment-related activity
• Create effective job advertisements for open opportunities
• Oversee and manage the credentials and availability of provider candidates
• Achieve productivity goals and metrics
• Travel overnight to conduct onsite client profiles, 10-15% a year

What You Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2-4 years of recruitment experience required; more qualified applicants welcome to apply
• Healthcare or physician recruitment experience preferred
• Proven success in client-facing roles, requiring strategic communication and relationship management
• Professional presence and confidence when working with physicians and hospital executives
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong technical proficiency, including Microsoft Office, Salesforce/CRM, and job boards
• Consistent employment history with verifiable references
