The Opportunity The Leadership Collective is partnering with a global ad tech business to find a Head of Talent Acquisition to lead their global recruiting function. This is a senior hire for a lean, high-performing team that punches well above its weight.
If you're a commercially-minded TA leader who's built and run recruiting in a fast-moving technology environment and knows how to get the best out of a small team without a big support function around you, this could be a strong fit.
The Role Reporting into the VP of People, you'll lead a team of four recruiters and a recruiting coordinator across the US, Europe, and India. This is a hands-on leadership role - you'll be expected to own recruiting operations end to end, act as a genuine business partner to senior and executive stakeholders, and think ahead of the business rather than just respond to it.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading a globally distributed TA team across the US, Europe, and India
Acting as a strategic talent advisor to the executive team, building pipelines ahead of demand
Owning recruiting operations including ATS management, offer templates, compliance across jurisdictions, and system integrations
Driving smarter compensation decisions across the team, hiring to value rather than defaulting to budget midpoint
Owning and improving employer brand including Glassdoor presence and candidate experience
Managing specialist and executive search partners for niche and senior hires
Staying close to market trends, particularly within ad tech and the broader tech sector
What We're Looking For
8 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience within a technology business
Exposure to ad tech, DSP, or programmatic environments is a strong advantage
Comfortable in a scrappy, startup-style environment where you own the full picture
Strong commercial instincts - you think about hiring in terms of business impact
Experience managing a recruiting team, or a clear readiness to step into that responsibility
Able to operate without a large support function - you build and fix things yourself
Strong stakeholder management up to C-suite level
