Experienced Service Lane/ Assistant Service Manager

As a the Service Lane/Assistant Service Manager, you will play a key role will support the service department operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience and efficient workflow within the service lane.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily activities in the service lane to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with technicians, service advisors, and parts department to facilitate timely vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Assist in managing staffing schedules and workflow to optimize productivity.
• Monitor service lane performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and dealership procedures.
• Provide hands-on support and leadership to service lane associates.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in automotive service management
• Strong organizational and leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of automotive service processes and technical understanding preferred.
