This individual reports to the President and CEO of Porsche Cars North America Inc. as well as the Manager, Executive Office & Strategy on a broad range of administrative tasks, assists in strategic initiatives as well as with daily responsibilities and projects related to the President and CEO's office.
Roles & Responsibilities
Primary responsibilities:
Manage the CEO’s corporate calendar and priorities to ensure alignment with business objectives
Plan and coordinate complex travel arrangements, logistics, and executive schedules
Complete travel expense reports and manage travel budget of the CEO
Drive team efficiency by determining the need for alignment meetings, business travel, and executive touchpoints
Support logistical preparation, follow-up, and documentation of board, committee, and C-level meetings, including agenda setting, topic selection, and action tracking
Create executive-level presentations, reports, and briefings for internal committees and Porsche AG stakeholders by consolidating inputs from all departments
Supports the logistical organization of PAG executive board visits
Serve as the central communication bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders
Ensure compliance with corporate policies, governance standards, and confidentiality requirements
Manage secure handling and retention of business-critical and confidential information
Lead and support special projects (e.g., strategic initiatives, internal organizational topics, executive priorities)
Drive alignment across teams and ensure execution of key initiatives
Identify process improvements and implement new procedures to enhance efficiency and communication
Plan and execute executive in-house and off-site events, executive dinners, and conferences
Support brand-related initiatives that strengthen the organization’s external presence
QualificationsQualifications
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Management or a related field required
Master’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience supporting senior executives
Experience
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in an executive support role, ideally within a global or corporate environment
Proven experience managing confidential information, executive communications, and complex scheduling or travel logistics
Automotive industry experience preferred
Skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills, high attention to detail
Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels, internally and externally
Ability to multi-task and handle multiple priorities
Comfortable with working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Ability to operate independently with wide degree of latitude
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and Notes
Fluency in English & German
Percentage of required travel: 10%+ of the time
Schedule/Shift: Hybrid
The salary range for this role is $85,000-$105,000. However, it is important to note that at Porsche, compensation range is dependent on geographic location. Individual salaries within each range are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge and skillset. Porsche reviews compensation regularly and may adjust base salaries to reflect market competitiveness.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is required to talk, hear, walk, sit, stand, climb stairs on occasion with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
