Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Director of Operations based in New York, NY. The role requires overseeing day-to-day operations, ensuring team efficiency, optimizing workflows, and driving process improvement initiatives. The Director will lead cross-departmental collaboration to achieve organizational goals, manage budgets and resources, and ensure adherence to industry regulations. They will work closely with leadership to align operational strategies with company objectives and create a culture of continuous improvement and accountability.

Qualifications

• Operational management experience, including team leadership, process optimization, and resource allocation.
• Strong strategic planning skills, including developing and aligning operational strategies with business goals.
• Knowledge of industry regulations, particularly related to healthcare, insurance processing, and compliance standards.
• Proficiency with organizational tools, project management software, and data analytics to monitor performance and implement improvements.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision-making skills to effectively manage and inspire diverse teams.
• Experience in healthcare, particularly in diabetes management, or experience working with insurance processes is a strong plus.
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; an MBA or a master’s degree is an advantage.
