About Park Place Real Estate Fund

Park Place Real Estate Fund is a private real estate debt fund operating in the business purpose lending space, with a focus on Residential Transition Loans (RTL). We deploy capital into high-yield, short-duration real estate debt strategies and are actively seeking an experienced capital markets professional to lead our $100M fundraise.

The Opportunity

As Director of Investor Relations & Business Development, you will have full ownership of the fund's capital raising strategy and execution. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our LP community, reporting directly to the Fund Manager, with direct involvement in fund strategy and investor communications.

Responsibilities

• Lead all capital raising activity toward a $100M fundraise target
• Identify, cultivate, and close commitments from HNW individuals, family offices, and RIA networks
• Develop and execute a structured LP outreach and roadshow strategy
• Represent the fund in investor meetings, industry conferences, and one-on-one LP conversations
• Collaborate with the Fund Manager on investor materials, fund positioning, and market messaging
• Manage LP relationships through the full fund cycle, including reporting, follow-on communications, and re-up conversations

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in investor relations, business development, or capital markets within real estate, private credit, or alternative investments
• Demonstrated track record of closing LP commitments — specific fund types, investor profiles, and capital raised
• Established network of HNW individuals, family offices, and/or RIA relationships relevant to a private real estate debt strategy
• Experience with private fund structures under 506(b) or 506(c)
• Familiarity with real estate debt strategies — RTL or bridge lending preferred
• Ability to operate independently and build a fundraising program
