Digital Project Manager

We are seeking a Digital Menu Systems Program Manager to support a high-priority initiative focused on digital menu board systems and CMS platform.

The focus is on CMS implementation, content migration, system integration, and enterprise program coordination, not physical hardware installation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end CMS implementation and digital menu platform migration
• Oversee migration of menu content, pricing, store profiles, and digital templates
• Ensure continuity of production systems with zero disruption to store operations
• Coordinate multiple vendors and integration workstreams across hardware, software, and content systems
• Manage cross-functional alignment across engineering, operations, legal, finance, and service desk teams
• Conduct vendor risk assessments and support mitigation planning
• Drive program cadence, meetings, and executive-level status reporting
• Track risks, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple parallel workstreams

Requirements:

• Experience as a Technical Program Manager, Digital Program Manager, or Enterprise Project Manager
• Proven track record delivering CMS implementations, platform migrations, or enterprise system rollouts
• Strong experience in vendor management and cross-functional program execution
• Background in QSR, retail, franchise, or multi-location environments strongly preferred
• Familiarity with Agile delivery tools such as Jira or Monday.com
• Bonus: experience with digital signage, in-store technology, or POS systems
