Job Summary
La Mere Academy is looking for a loving, enthusiastic Early Childhood Teacher to join our team! This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with young children, creating a fun learning environment, and making a meaningful impact every day.
Responsibilities
Implement curriculum and age-appropriate lesson plans
Provide attentive care and supervision for children
Create a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment
Encourage learning through play, creativity, and exploration
Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
Communicate effectively with parents and team members
Qualifications
Passion for working with young children
Positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
Reliable and responsible
Childcare or teaching experience preferred (not required)
CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
