This role is all about execution — helping the team manage workload, reduce backlog, and keep contracts moving from start to finish without delays.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Own contracts end-to-end: intake, drafting, negotiation, execution, and close-out
• Manage a high volume of commercial, supplier, and service agreements
• Support government contracting workflows (solicitations, reps & certs, compliance documentation)
• Review contract terms, identify risks, and apply standard playbooks and fallback positions
• Partner with legal, procurement, and sales teams to resolve issues and move contracts forward
• Balance speed and risk to meet business timelines
• Maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation
• Help improve contract turnaround times and overall team efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• 3–6 years of contract management experience in a corporate or in-house setting
• Proven ability to handle contracts independently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong understanding of contract lifecycle management and risk assessment
• Comfortable making decisions within established frameworks
• Clear communicator who can work across teams and keep stakeholders aligned
• Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need heavy oversight

Nice to Have

• Exposure to government contracting (FAR/DFARS)
• Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
• Contract management certifications (CPCM, CCCM, etc.)
