Construction Scheduler - DSA, K-12
Position Overview We are seeking a skilled Construction Scheduler to join our team for K-12 education projects. The ideal candidate will oversee the scheduling process, ensuring that all construction activities comply with DSA regulations while maintaining timeliness and budget constraints. This role is crucial in coordinating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
Ensure compliance with DSA regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
Coordinate with project managers, contractors, and stakeholders to gather necessary information for scheduling.
Implement the Critical Path Method (CPM) to identify project milestones and deadlines.
Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project timelines.
Assess and mitigate risks that could impact project schedules.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status to stakeholders and management.
Facilitate communication between team members to ensure smooth operations and prompt issue resolution.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction scheduling, specifically for K-12 education projects.
Strong knowledge of DSA compliance requirements.
Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Primavera P6.
Demonstrated experience in Project Management and Budget Management.
Excellent time management and communication skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders and manage competing priorities.
