This is not a back-office CFO role. This is a command center where you’ll own the intersection of finance, operations, supply chain, and execution inside a growing, founder-led organization.
You won’t just report the numbers or measure the business…you’ll help build the engine that drives it.
If you’re wired to think in terms of flow, efficiency, scale, and execution and you like getting your hands dirty while still operating at a strategic level - this is your lane. From inventory flow to forecasting precision, from vendor negotiations to warehouse throughput - this role sits at the heartbeat of the business, translating strategy into real-world operational/financial performance.
What You’ll Own – Operational/Financial Leadership:
Architect and lead the end-to-end operating model across supply chain, procurement, fulfillment, and logistics
Drive alignment between sales forecasts, inventory strategy, and purchasing decisions
Own vendor relationships, global sourcing strategy, and cost optimization across the supply chain
Build and track best-in-class KPIs: inventory turns, fill rates, OTIF, lead times, and cost-per-order
Ensure operational readiness for seasonal spikes, product launches, and high-volume events
Lead a fully integrated forecasting engine across sales, operations, and finance
Translate demand signals into precise purchasing and inventory strategies
Optimize SKU mix, manage inventory aging, and improve working capital efficiency
Connect forecasting tools with ERP systems to create real-time, actionable purchasing insights
Elevate fulfillment performance across eCommerce, retail, and distribution channels
Improve warehouse efficiency, throughput, and accuracy
Optimize 3PL relationships, freight strategy, and shipping economics
Identify and eliminate friction across systems, workflows, and cross-functional processes
Own the financial strategy, planning process, and long-term roadmap
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis tied directly to operational drivers
Build scalable reporting frameworks for leadership, board stakeholders, and external partners
Translate operational activity into clear financial narratives and decision-making insight
Build, mentor, and scale a high-performing finance and accounting function
Implement compensation structures and performance-based incentive frameworks
Help transition the organization from founder-driven to process-driven and scalable
