🌟 What You’ll Lead & Deliver

• Own and shape the enterprise architecture strategy, setting the standards, design principles, and long-term technology roadmap that fuel company growth.
• Architect world-class, integrated payment platforms with a focus on scalability, high availability, performance, and security.
• Translate complex technical concepts into business outcomes—influencing senior executives with clear options, trade-offs, and strategic recommendations.
• Build and mentor a top-tier architecture organization, elevating engineering and product teams with expert guidance.
• Collaborate deeply with Product, Engineering, and Business partners to create seamless, interoperable solutions aligned with customer and partner ecosystems.
• Champion modernization, agility, and continuous improvement, ensuring architecture supports fast-paced, high-quality delivery.
• Drive alignment across enterprise initiatives, ensuring governance, compliance, and architectural integrity across all platforms.

✔️ What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline.
• 10+ years delivering enterprise-grade software in agile environments.
• 10+ years of hands-on architecture experience across complex, multi-tier platforms.
• Data and Cloud Architecture is critical (AWS environment)
• 5+ years of senior technical leadership with expanding responsibilities.
• 5+ years building and managing high-performing architecture teams.
• Payments industry experience is required.
• Deep expertise in several areas, such as:
• Enterprise or Solution Architecture
• Cloud Architecture (AWS preferred)
• Distributed Systems & Messaging
• Mobile or Multi-Tenant Platforms
• Infrastructure or Platform Architecture
