Change Management Consultant – Communications & Training

Rate: 65/hr

We’re seeking a Change Management Consultant with a strong focus on change communications and training to support business and technology transformation initiatives. This role plays a key part in ensuring stakeholders are informed, prepared, and equipped to successfully adopt change.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute change communication plans aligned to project milestones and stakeholder needs
• Create engaging communications across multiple channels (emails, newsletters, SharePoint, Teams, intranet pages, presentations)
• Assess training needs and design training strategies that support end‑user readiness and adoption
• Develop training materials such as job aids, user guides, FAQs, and portal content
• Apply Prosci change management methodology to support communications and training deliverables
• Partner with project teams, leaders, and sponsors to ensure consistent, effective messaging
• Identify adoption risks related to communication or training gaps and recommend mitigation strategies
• Represent change management in project and stakeholder meetings

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in change management with a strong emphasis on communications and training
• Working knowledge of Prosci methodology
• Strong written communication and presentation skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and creating visually engaging content
• Experience managing or building SharePoint or intranet sites
• Ability to translate complex change into clear, audience‑focused messaging
• Comfortable working in Waterfall and Agile environments
• Highly organized, adaptable, and able to manage multiple initiatives

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
