🚀 Hiring: SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst – FICA | Hybrid | Minneapolis, MN

Our Client is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Business Analyst with strong expertise in the FICA module to support a large-scale Greenfield implementation within the utility industry.

This is a great opportunity for a senior SAP professional who enjoys working at the center of complex transformation projects, partnering with business teams, system integrators, and third-party vendors to drive successful delivery.

📍 Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401

🏢 Work Model: Hybrid (On-site workshops typically Tuesday–Thursday)

✈ Travel: Approximately 25%, including occasional overnight stays

What You’ll Do:

• Provide expert guidance across SAP S/4HANA FICA design, configuration, and process execution

• Support billing and invoicing configuration and help improve business processes

• Review and advise on functional and technical design documentation

• Participate in daily stand-ups, workshops, testing, and validation activities

• Collaborate closely with internal teams, system integrators, and external partners

• Help answer SAP-related questions across all project phases

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

• Deep expertise in SAP FICA

• Utility industry experience is required

• Experience with at least 2 SAP implementations (Greenfield or Brownfield)

• Hands-on experience with billing and invoicing configuration in SAP

• Strong communication and collaboration skills

• Experience working in multi-vendor environments

Preferred:

• 10+ years of SAP implementation experience

• SAP certifications such as SAP Activate or SAP FICA

• ABAP development experience is a plus
