We’re currently working with a growing plaintiff-side employment law firm in Lower Manhattan that is looking to add an attorney to its team.

The firm focuses heavily on:

• discrimination
• harassment
• retaliation
• wage & hour matters

representing employees in meaningful, impactful litigation.

This is a strong opportunity for an attorney looking to build substantial hands-on litigation experience in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a collaborative and energetic culture.

Compensation:

• Base salary up to approximately $160K depending on experience

• Additional commissions/bonuses that should realistically land in the $20K–$35K range in year one

Requirements:

• Current member in good standing of the New York Bar

• Strong interest in plaintiff-side employment litigation

• Interest specifically in discrimination and harassment matters

• Strong writing and litigation skills

• Willingness to work fully in-office in Lower Manhattan
