Dallas Nephrology Associates (DNA) is a large independent single specialty practice with numerous offices located throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth metroplex. The General Admin Team has an immediate opening for an Analyst. This team member will provide routine and ad hoc reporting for DNA, assess these reports, and identify procedural issues. Responsibilities include recommending workflow changes to improve data collection and conducting data audits to ensure reporting quality. This role works under the guidance of the Director of Analytics & Revenue Cycle Management.

Qualifications include:

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare/nursing (business or computer science preferred)
• Minimum of three (3) years previous healthcare/analyst experience REQUIRED
• Microsoft Office Suite skills REQUIRED with heavy emphasis on Excel
• Proficiency with other analytics tools is a plus
• Excellent communication, analytical, and presentation skills, along with familiarity with accounting, patient billing and information systems.
