We are seeking an Air & Ocean Pricing Specialist to support international freight forwarding operations across import and export pricing, carrier procurement, and customer quotations.
This position is responsible for managing competitive pricing solutions across air freight, ocean freight, and multimodal transportation services within the U.S. and international logistics market.
The role requires strong knowledge of carrier rate structures, freight forwarding operations, and commercial pricing strategy across global trade lanes.

What You’ll Handle
Prepare competitive air freight and ocean freight quotations across import and export shipments
Manage daily spot quotes, RFQs, and long-term pricing requests
Coordinate with airlines, steamship lines, trucking providers, and overseas agents to secure competitive rates
Maintain carrier relationships and monitor market pricing activity across trade lanes
Support sales teams with pricing strategy and customer-facing logistics solutions
Review shipment requirements, routing options, transit times, and operational feasibility
Maintain accurate pricing records within CargoWise and internal systems
Assist with bid management, procurement activity, and customer implementation support
Work closely with operations teams to ensure pricing accuracy and service alignment
What Matters
2+ years of experience within freight forwarding pricing or logistics operations
Strong knowledge of air freight and ocean freight pricing structures
Experience managing RFQs, spot quotes, and carrier negotiations
Understanding of international shipping documentation and Incoterms
Experience using CargoWise preferred
Strong analytical and commercial skills
Ability to manage multiple quotations and deadlines simultaneously
Clear communication and coordination skills across sales and operations teams

The role works closely with commercial teams, operational departments, carriers, and overseas partners to deliver accurate and competitive pricing support.
