Our team has worked hard over the past year to answer the questions we hear most from viewers around the development and growth of Sussex County. We’re proud to present “The Price of Paradise!”
From traffic congestion and disappearing open space to the zoning decisions that allow new neighborhoods to take shape, "The Price of Paradise" breaks down why development is happening in Sussex County and why it appears to be accelerating. Join our team in examining why people are moving here, where they're coming from and how growth is affecting everyday life in Sussex County, including impacts on traffic, housing, farmland, education and access to healthcare. This hour-long special was developed by our CoastTV team throughout 2025 and evolved alongside the changing landscape it explores. It was produced in response to the questions and concerns heard most often from viewers with the goal of providing clarity, context, and a deeper understanding of the changes unfolding across Sussex County. "The Price of Paradise" premieres on CoastTV over the air, through local cable providers, and streams on Roku, Fire, and Apple TV on Wednesday, Feb. 4, at 7 p.m. More info from the special: https://lnkd.in/g3Sxjztu
