For Women’s Equality Day, we’re celebrating the women who are shaping the future of engineering at Wolverine. 💡 Danielle Maraffino started her journey here right out of college and has since grown into a key contributor on our engineering team. She’s taken on projects from planning to deployment, found mentorship through our women’s programs, and continues to push herself to learn and grow every day. Her story is one of many that remind us why creating space for women in STEM matters. From sand courts to skyline views, this summer at Wolverine was all about bringing people together. We hosted our annual picnic, battled it out in our volleyball tournament, relaxed at our monthly expiration parties, and shared stories and insights at our Women of Wolverine event. Each gathering was a reminder that great teams aren't just built at work - they grow through connection, celebration, and shared experiences.
