  • It hasn’t been a full year since our #Centennial, and we’re already feeling nostalgic. 2025 was a year-long celebration of everything we’ve achieved together in our first 100 years: building meaningful relationships, driving innovation, and growing alongside our people, valued clients, and trusted industry partners. 🏗️✨ Today we take a moment to remember all the ways we celebrated this extraordinary milestone together, from our history microsite and “A Century of Building Dreams” documentary, to festive parties and employee huddles, to our “100” photo contest and historical coloring book contest benefiting Habitat for Humanity, and many more. Thank you to everyone who celebrated with us and contributed to telling our stories! Here’s to building the next century together. 🥂 Explore our story (link in the comments). #WEO100 #WEValuePeople #WEBuildDreams

  • We’re on the rise! 🚀 This year, we jumped 12 spots to #95 on ENR’s 2026 Top 400 General Contractors list. This achievement reflects the continued collaboration and commitment to excellence of our employee-owners, teams, and partners. Thank you for making it happen! We’re also proud to see our California VP of Operations Peter Cotugno featured in ENR’s "Top 400 Dialogue" feature. As we move into our next 100 years while staying grounded in our roots, Peter shared, “Our firm has evolved significantly in how we align teams across regions and functions. We have placed a strong emphasis on standardizing expectations, improving communication, and integrating resources to better support our projects.”  #WEValuePeople #WEBuildDreams

  • Rack on, Encinitas! 🎉✨ Nordstrom Rack has officially opened its doors at El Camino Promenade, and the Encinitas community in SoCal welcomed it with energy and excitement. Our team reimagined an existing 23,503 SF retail space into a vibrant, high-performing #Retail store. From interior demolition and finishes to electrical systems and complete FF&E installation, every detail was thoughtfully executed to deliver a seamless retail experience. Nordstrom Rack Encinitas completion marks another milestone in our 25+ year partnership with valued #RepeatClient Nordstrom, Inc. We’re grateful for the continued opportunity to support Nordstrom Rack’s expansion across the country, creating spaces that drive value, accessibility, and a more connected shopping experience. • Big moves in Baton Rouge. 🚧🏗️ This 130‑foot, 60,000‑pound truss was set in just 7 hours to form the North Porte Cochere entry at Bally's Baton Rouge Casino. With only three foundations and a 1‑inch tolerance, the lift required absolute precision. After five crane plan revisions, the team successfully executed the installation using a 400‑ton crane, navigating tight site constraints and active underground utilities. A great example of what thoughtful planning and strong field coordination can achieve. Kudos to Brett Buscher, David Montenegro, Pat Kerrigan, and Nicholas Wroten for coordinating this effort during the scheduling and design process. 👉 More about this project in the comments.

  • #ConstructionSafetyWeek 🚧| At W.E. O’Neil, safety is a shared responsibility. Safety Week sessions focused on what matters most—from the “Fatal Four” and heat prevention to the safe use of tools and equipment—ensuring everyone goes home safe, every day. 👉 Read more about Safety Week 2026 in the comments.  - 🔹 Did you know? 📊 According to the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, fatalities due to falls, slips, and trips decreased by 4.6% in 2024 (from 885 in 2023 to 844 in 2024). • For more than 15 years, our Texas team has been proud to sponsor the Coastal Conservation Association (CCA) Austin Banquet, standing alongside an organization deeply committed to protecting Texas’ coastal marine resources. This year’s banquet event was once again a tremendous success, bringing together a passionate community dedicated to stewardship, conservation, and lasting impact. CCA is a nonprofit marine conservation organization with 17 coastal state chapters spanning the Gulf Coast, Atlantic Seaboard, and Pacific Northwest. Through an extraordinary network of dedicated volunteers, CCA has become the largest marine conservation group of its kind, working to ensure healthy marine ecosystems while preserving access for recreational anglers. We are grateful to @CCATexas for the opportunity to give back, and to our employee‑owners who joined us in support of this important cause. Your enthusiasm and commitment help make a lasting difference in the communities and environments we are proud to serve.
