What gets us excited: Working with companies where the commitment to trust and safety isn't a checkbox—it's their culture. NerdWallet is one of them. Last week they hosted a sessions devoted to their trust and safety team and invited Antonia, Cassandra, and Guy to spend time with them in Las Vegas learning about their day-to-day wins. It's clear that from the top down, leadership sets the tone and this team carries it forward. Consumers and partners feel it in everything the brand does. Amazing work to the team out there building and maintaining trust across departments.

Recently Antonia joined Julia Carbonetti, Rebecca Williams, and Giovanni Hernandez, Esq. to discuss what MoCRA, MAHA, and clean beauty mean in the new regulatory landscape. The overwhelming takeaway is the leaders aren't waiting for enforcements and litigations to cross the docket, but being proactive about implementing the legal ramifications across products. In case you missed the panel on stage, check out the cliff notes below to know how marketing, advertising, and legal are addressing the latest updates. Recap here --> https://lnkd.in/gugh7iXZ

If you work in advertising law, none of this will be new. You already know what the SEC cares about. Clear disclosures. No misleading claims. Consistency across channels. But here’s the thing we keep seeing in regulatory fines: It’s not that teams don’t know the rules, it’s that things don’t always play out the way they’re supposed to. Think influencer marketing, website updates, last minute email campaigns... Content moves fast. Stuff gets tweaked last minute. Some things never go through the usual review process at all. And that’s usually where the issues start. Cassandra pulled together a quick refresher on what the SEC is actually focused on—based on how this shows up in practice. It's not groundbreaking, but still easy to get wrong. Check it out -->https://lnkd.in/gZbygS5b

To wrap up our Women's History Month spotlight on powerful women in the industry, meet our own Head of Marketing—and the person behind this very campaign. Cassandra has spent her career building brands and lifting up the people around her. She wanted to be Reba McEntire growing up. Much to her dismay, she is not Reba McEntire. But she did end up exactly where she belongs! Get to know her better below. #WomensHistoryMonth #DefineTheTerms

This week the Blee team took on sunny Orlando for SIFMA. We herded some sheep, hosted some friends for cocktails at The First Round, and spent the whole week talking about the real problems leaders are encountering with reviewing marketing manually. The sessions were powerful: From the welcome remarks with Karen O'Toole and Mark Seffinger talking about how the whole industry is at a pivotal moment of learning and leading, followed by Zack Kass's AI session that was a breath of fresh air talking beyond AI implementation into what the future might really look like with AI. We're all leaving energized and ready to see everyone next time (this time marketing will bring more sheep, we promise 🐑)

For the second half of our "Women Who Define The Terms" campaign in honor of Women's History Month, we're shining a spotlight on some of the women that make Blee the powerhouse it is. Starting with our own Shreeja, AI Engineer—and one of the women building the technology that sits at the heart of everything we do. AI engineering is one of the most male-dominated spaces in tech. Shreeja didn't just enter that room. She learned to walk into it like she belongs there—because she does. We're lucky to have her and you can get to know her more below 👑

It's no secret that we don't all end up where we thought we would. But sometimes that's the point. Radhika Raizada set out to be a doctor. What followed was a career spanning four continents, a global perspective on what's shaping biopharma at Pfizer, and a front-row seat to the rise of female talent everywhere. Her optimism is contagious. Her advice is worth the swipe. Join us in celebrating our own advisor, Radhika, and the many women who are defining the terms of leadership in industries that weren't always built with them in mind. #WomensHistoryMonth #WomenInCompliance #WomenInLeadership #DefineTheTerms

What a "night night." Last night, in partnership with our investor Penny Jar Capital we brought together a phenomenal group of legal, risk, and compliance leaders to cheer on the Golden State Warriors, and meet four-time NBA Champion and Penny Jar Special Advisor, Stephen Curry. In a fast-moving, unpredictable world, building a strong community of leaders who navigate risk and compliance means the world to us. Getting to step away, share stories, and just connect with the exact people whose job is making sure organizations don't lose sleep over navigating AI and governance was a powerful reminder of why we do what we do at Blee. A massive thank you to Penny Jar Capital and to everyone who joined us to make it a true "once in a lifetime" evening! Shout out to Guy, Omri, Sam, and Abhigya for representing Team Blee!
