Every time technology races ahead, adoption stalls. That’s the challenge WalkMe CEO Dan Adika is tackling LIVE at #SAPSapphire Madrid. It happened with the cloud, mobile, and now AI. Only 8% of employees are using AI in ways that meaningfully change how work gets done. Not summarizing emails. Actually changing how work happens. That is the elephant in the room at every enterprise right now. WalkMe has been solving this for 15 years. Giving AI the context it needs, the reach to move across every application, and the ability to act where work actually happens. As enterprises move toward more autonomous ways of working, screen context, omnipresence, and CUA become critical, helping AI understand workflows, act across systems, and guide users where work actually happens. The result: stronger adoption, faster time-to-value, and real business impact from AI.

A full circle moment for me; presenting at #SAPSapphire on a topic I love. The autonomous enterprise is arguably SAP’s most ambitious transformation vision. These new ways of working are reliant on people and when only 8% of employees are using AI meaningfully, this is the elephant in the room. WalkMe has been solving these challenges for 15 years. Each time tech races ahead but adoption stalls. It will be no different in the autonomous enterprise. Dan Adika Scott Little Gal Fontyn Mark Richter Blake Pyle Jeanette Groustra Robert Kotz

One of the standout sessions at #SAPSapphire in Orlando 👏 Raj Sundarason tackled a simple but critical question: why do so many AI transformations fall short of expected ROI impact? The answer is clear: adoption is the gap. As SAP evolves toward the autonomous enterprise - where AI agents and intelligent systems reshape how work gets done, the real challenge becomes enabling people to succeed within this new operating model. When users are supported with the right guidance from day one, in the flow of work and powered by AI, organizations can turn transformation investment into real, measurable value across the RISE with SAP journey and beyond.

Kicking off #SAPSapphire in Orlando 🔥 Arik Abel and Marc Bissell explored a familiar challenge: training happens before users start using a system, but the real work happens later. That’s where gaps appear that leaves employees unprepared for their real day-to-day work. Their session highlighted a different approach with WalkMe Learning Arc: learning while doing, with guidance built directly into the workflow through contextual AI. The result: less training overhead, and stronger, lasting proficiency on the job.
