This weekend in Chicago, 53 incoming fellows from 22 teaching institutions joined 21 faculty for our annual Pre-Fellows Spine Summit. This hands-on program is built to strengthen technical skills, foster mentorship, and prepare the next generation of spine surgeons for fellowship and beyond. Through cadaver lab sessions, case discussions, and exposure to technologies like xvision™, fellows gained practical experience with the tools and techniques shaping the future of spine care. Back from American Association of Neurological Surgeons (AANS) in San Antonio, and we’re still thinking about the sense of curiosity, openness, and excitement throughout the show. We were proud to spend time with the Women in Neurosurgery (WINS) community, connecting with and supporting an incredible group of leaders in the field. A new chapter in Europe. 🌍 On April 1, 2026, VB Spine officially closed the sale of the spinal implants business in Belgium, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, marking another important step in our global expansion. Building on the formation of VB Spine in 2025, this milestone strengthens our ability to bring patient-focused spine innovation to more surgeons and patients around the world. To ensure continuity, Motion Medical and InSpine will remain the exclusive distributors of VB Spine products in Belgium and Luxembourg, and the Netherlands, respectively, providing the same trusted product access and clinical expertise surgeons rely on today.
