One of the biggest mistakes international founders make when entering the U.S. market is assuming the same playbook that worked elsewhere will work here too. Most founders arriving in the U.S. already have strong traction in their home markets and often across neighboring regions. But the U.S. is different, not only because of its scale, but because companies and buyers behave differently here. What works elsewhere often needs significant adaptation before it gains traction in America.
