We've been named a 2026 Top Workplaces winner by The Indianapolis Star, and this one feels special. This award is based entirely on employee feedback. No applications, no panels. Just our people sharing honestly about what it's like to work here. Indiana is where Resultant started. Being recognized in our own backyard, by our own team, means more than we can say. To everyone at Resultant: thank you. This one is yours. https://lnkd.in/g_qM7Jen

  • Incident response doesn’t break down because of tools. It breaks down when decisions aren’t clear. AI has changed the timeline. Attacks move faster than they used to, and signals are harder to interpret in real time. If your team can’t clearly define these five decisions in the first ten minutes of an incident, you’re losing time you won’t get back. We outlined them here: https://hubs.ly/Q04fZy1C0

  • State workforce agencies have been watching for a new WDQI competition this spring. It hasn't appeared, and DOL's FY 2026 budget proposes folding the program into a broader structure entirely. That changes the timeline, but it doesn't change the need. The pressure to connect workforce and education data, demonstrate program outcomes, and support evidence-based strategy is only growing. Agencies that treat funding uncertainty as a reason to wait will be behind before any competition opens. Our latest piece walks through what preparation looks like right now, and what's at stake if it doesn't happen. https://hubs.ly/Q04fPY6H0

  • Most people walk into important conversations hoping their thinking holds up. Jess Carter shares how she uses AI to test her ideas before those moments, so she can spot what needs work and walk in ready for a better outcome. 1️⃣ Give AI a clear role, like a 20-year veteran in your audience’s field 2️⃣ Ask it to find gaps in your argument 3️⃣ Push it to challenge your perspective It’s a simple shift, but it can help you walk into conversations more prepared and more confident. 🎧 See how AI can help leaders challenge their thinking on Data-Driven Leadership: https://hubs.ly/Q04frVmB0

We’re proud to see Sindhu Venkata (Adini) and Chrysoula Malogianni, Ph.D., of Old Dominion University take their Google Cloud Next '26 mission talk beyond the stage. Their session on AI for Academic and Career Navigation explored how AI is helping students move from uncertainty to career clarity, making guidance more accessible for everyone and helping institutions better align with real workforce demand. The conversation resonated enough to earn a feature with Fed Gov Today on "The Mission-Ready Cloud." Watch the full segment below. https://hubs.ly/Q04flxT60

  • Are health care legal departments the biggest barrier to innovation for better patient outcomes? Resultant President John Roach thinks so and isn’t afraid to say it out loud (and back it up). If meeting compliance regulations is a health system’s only goal, they’re missing the point. Health systems already have data that can be used to prevent disease or catch problems earlier. Stopping short of securely enabling that analysis for fear it is “too complex,” hurts people in the end. Read his take on what healthcare organizations get wrong about data privacy, and what the ones getting it right are doing differently. https://hubs.ly/Q04dWT4m0
