We’re honored to celebrate two Excellence Awards from the 2026 DBIA Southeast Design-Build Team Awards for our work with the City of Atlanta. Recognition for both the Niskey Lake Dam Repairs and Sugar Creek Basin Outfall and Trunk Sewer projects highlights Ruby-Collins’ strength as a design-build leader, from complex dam rehabilitation to major water and wastewater infrastructure projects exceeding $100M. We also appreciate the design partners, project teams, and City of Atlanta representatives whose collaboration helped make these successful projects possible.

Supporting the next generation of construction professionals starts with education and opportunity. At South Paulding High School, Ruby-Collins hosted an engaging two-day OSHA 10-hour training designed to prepare students for careers in the construction industry. With hands-on activities and interactive learning, students earned certifications that will remain with them for life. We’re honored to give back to the communities we serve and play a role in shaping a safer, stronger workforce.

Our North Fork Storage Tank and PS Project is entering the final stages as we wrap up concrete and tunnel work in the next few months. Looking forward to getting this facility operational soon for the City of Atlanta! City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management

Progress continues on the Butler Trunk/Relief and Ponce Piedmont New Diversion Sewer project for the City of Atlanta Department of Watershed Management. 🚧 The project includes nearly 7,000 feet of upsized gravity sewer and 1,600 feet of new diversion sewer, using multiple construction methods to navigate a busy urban corridor while improving the infrastructure beneath some of the oldest streets of Atlanta. The Ruby-Collins team has completed 70% of the work and is currently tracking five months ahead of schedule!

The Ruby-Collins team spent Saturday morning along Peachtree Creek, which flows directly into the Chattahoochee River, helping clean up and give back to our community. We’re grateful to be part of an effort that makes a real impact.
