Recently, our President, Marc Ehrlich, visited Stony Run, Luckey Platt, and Lakeshore Preserve in the Hudson Valley, spending quality time with team members and experiencing the unique character of each community. Managing Directors Lindsey Geitz and Debbie Rae Peters also visited The Magnolia in Port Chester, NY, touring the property as construction continues to progress and connecting with the team behind the project. These visits are an important reminder that our people are at the heart of everything we do. Last week, Rose’s Employee Resource Group, Unidos, hosted a celebration for Cinco de Mayo across three of our communities: Chelsea Landmark in Chelsea, 18 Dock in Stamford, and The Alexander in Upstate New York. We brought together residents and team members to recognize and celebrate Mexican culture, heritage, and community.   Each event reflected the spirit of connection and inclusivity that makes our communities so special, with traditional food, music, and games. From pin the tail on the piñata to a classic candy-filled piñata, it was wonderful to see everyone come together in celebration.   Our NYC event was made even more meaningful by a special guest speaker, Luisa Navarro, who is a local business owner, published author, and first-generation Mexican American. She shared her personal experiences and reflections on the importance of honoring heritage, storytelling, and cultural traditions like Día de los Muertos. Guests who won pin the tail on the piñata even received signed copies of her book.   Celebrations like these are an important reminder that creating strong communities means creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and connected. Thank you to all of the teams who dedicated their time and energy to making these events so memorable.

Bring Your Child to Work Day, on April 23rd, was an absolute blast. We had so much fun welcoming the next generation into our workplace. The day was a whirlwind of excitement, featuring engaging interactions with our CEO, Amy Rose, President, Marc Ehrlich, and our executive team. We enjoyed a thrilling team-building scavenger hunt, packed Jared boxes with fun activities for young patients, and toured one of our remarkable properties—all while sharing plenty of laughter and valuable learning experiences.
