Over a Century of Quality and Integrity in Scientific Publishing
About us
Rockefeller University Press (RUP) is committed to quality and integrity in scientific publishing. We use the latest technologies and carry out rigorous peer review, applying the highest standards of novelty, mechanistic insight, data integrity, and general interest to fulfill our mission of publishing excellent science. RUP publishes Journal of Cell Biology (JCB), Journal of Experimental Medicine (JEM), Journal of General Physiology (JGP), Journal of Human Immunity (JHI), and co-publishes Life Science Alliance (LSA). RUP’s nonprofit journals were established by the research community, and editorial decisions and policies continue to be driven by scientists who actively contribute to their fields, appreciate the value of peer review, and desire a better publication experience for all. RUP journals publish groundbreaking research in the life sciences and biomedicine from leading investigators around the world and serve as a valued resource to those engaged in cutting-edge research and who train future generations of scientists. RUP is based in New York City and is a department of The Rockefeller University, a leading biomedical research university dedicated to conducting innovative, high-quality research to improve the understanding of life for the benefit of humanity.

New Technical Advances and Resources in JEM: Rih-Sheng Huang, Jeffrey S. Miller, Martin Felices and colleagues (University of Minnesota) developed a highly efficient nonviral knock-in platform for #NKcells, enabling plasmid-based genome editing with up to ∼90% knock-in efficiency and ∼100% recovery. Targeted integration rewires endogenous circuits for context-dependent therapeutic functions and supports GMP-compatible production of CAR-NK cells for clinical translation applications. https://lnkd.in/eu6xkBZe #Leukemia #Lymphoma #LymphocyteBiology #SolidTumors

Rockefeller University Press reposted this
We’re excited to partner with Rockefeller University Press to improve how video is integrated into biomedical research articles. Video content is now delivered directly within the article experience across platforms, supporting better accessibility, discoverability, and usability for researchers. “Video is a critical part of how we extend the scientific record, working with Cadmore Media allows us to bring that content closer to the article itself, while also supporting our broader goals around usability and accessibility.” - Rob O'Donnell, Rockefeller University Press Read the full announcement: https://lnkd.in/eTU_8yDC #ScholarlyPublishing #AcademicPublishing #Accessibility #VideoPublishing
