Updates

  • Resilient Health was proud to participate in NamiWalks Southern Arizona, one of the region's most impactful mental health awareness events of the year. Our team showed up alongside advocates, providers, and community members who believe, as we do, that healing happens in connection. At our booth, we shared information about our trauma-responsive services, engaged with community members seeking support, and deepened relationships with fellow organizations committed to mental health equity in Tucson. NAMIWalks is the premier fundraiser for NAMI OF SOUTHERN ARIZONA, working toward raising $250,000 or more each year to end stigma and provide no-cost advocacy, education, and support programs to all affected by mental illness. Showing up in community spaces is part of who we are. We are committed to meeting people where they are, restoring connection, dignity, and hope, one conversation at a time. #NAMIWalks #MentalHealthAdvocacy #CommunityHealth #ResilientHealthAZ

  • This spring, our team showed up alongside community partners at the Gospel Rescue Mission, Tucson, AZ's Easter Blessings event in Tucson, contributing to a day of whole-person support, free services, and genuine human connection. Moments like these remind us why we do this work. When people feel seen, cared for, and met where they are, that is where healing begins. We are grateful for the collaborative spirit of partners across Tucson who share our commitment to restoring connection, dignity, and hope.

  • In spaces focused on growth, performance, and progress, it is easy to forget a foundational truth. You are enough. Well-being thrives when people feel valued beyond output or outcomes. Creating environments that affirm dignity and humanity is not only compassionate but also essential.

  • Many people experience moments of self‑doubt, especially when taking on new responsibilities or advancing in their careers. Imposter syndrome can make it easy to overlook your strengths and the unique value you bring. Here’s the truth: You are not here by accident. Your perspective, your resilience, and your skills contribute to the work in ways no one else can replicate. When uncertainty shows up, it is a sign that you’re expanding. Growth often feels uncomfortable, but it also means you’re stepping into your potential. Take a moment today to acknowledge your progress, your courage, and every step that brought you here. You belong in the rooms you’re in, and your presence makes them stronger.
