There’s a massive amount of technical talent coming out of the Middle East and North Africa right now. What’s still underappreciated is how many of those founders can build globally competitive companies when given proximity to customers, capital, and the Silicon Valley ecosystem. That’s the idea behind Kernel Camp. On May 30th in San Francisco, we’re hosting the inaugural Kernel Camp Showcase Day — a focused, high-context gathering to meet a small group of founders we believe are genuinely exceptional. These startups were selected from the top 3% of applicants. The companies span robotics infrastructure, AI operations, cybersecurity, onboarding infrastructure, and enterprise AI tooling. You’ll hear: → Live pitches from 5 AI and infrastructure startups → A discussion on MENA talent inside SF startups → A fireside chat with a co-founder one of the largest Silicon Valley unicorns that has MENA origins → Catered lunch + conversations with founders, operators, and investors building across the U.S. and MENA Stay tuned to this page as we announce all the exciting speakers! If you’re a founder, operator, investor, or engineer in the Bay Area, we’d love to have you join us. Spots are limited: https://luma.com/igunc6l4

Thrilled to have HoundDog.ai powering the privacy layer of Replit's new Security Agent. Static analysis on its own is cheap, fast, and deterministic - but can miss context. Paired with AI reasoning, it gets powerful: deep analysis on log leaks, PII/PHI flowing to third parties, and AI integrations that quietly exceed what privacy notices or DPAs actually cover. This fits the broader vision we're building at HoundDog.ai - becoming the deterministic context layer for AI agents. Privacy first, which has been our focus for the past two years. API graphs next, so agents stop burning tokens rediscovering your own APIs and ship faster without breaking downstream services. More on that soon.
