The 2026 PMSMCA Youth Apprenticeship Signing Day was more than just a special evening celebrating the success of the program — it was a powerful reminder of the importance of investing in the next generation workforce. Forty-one high school students were recognized for their achievements last week Thursday at Milwaukee Tool, downtown. The participating highschoolers left proud of all they've accomplished and excited to begin their next chapter towards a career in the trades. We can't thank our host Milwaukee Tool enough for their support and opening up their beautiful space. Red Wing Shoe Co. for providing boot vouchers so the sixteen high school seniors moving on to begin a registered apprenticeship after graduation could get off on the right foot with brand new boots. A big shout out to all the contractor members who showed up and cheered on these students throughout the program. We are still reeling from last night's second annual PMSMCA Youth Apprenticeship Signing day at Milwaukee Tool, downtown. A total of 41 high school students participated from all over Southeastern Wisconsin. 21 high schoolers initially signed their papers to begin their registered Youth Apprenticeship through the Wisconsin Department of Workforce Development. New this year, four high school juniors were recognized in a Pinning Ceremony with custom pins made by Milwaukee Tool. We can't wait to share the pictures from this event! In the midst of all the hustle PMSMCA Women’s Group met last Thursday for their first of six lessons with a PGA Scott Walecki at Brown Deer Golf Club. The weather wasn’t ideal but nothing these women in Wisconsin can’t handle. The group has grown to sixteen ladies coming together to strengthen their game. Scott and his team does a great job handling all levels of experience. The series is a great way for the group to take a break out of their day and network.
