Planned Parenthood Association of Utah is looking for a bold, mission-driven Director of Revenue Cycle who is ready to make a powerful impact on the future of reproductive healthcare in our state.
This is an exciting and dynamic leadership role for someone who thrives on solving complex challenges, elevating systems, and building strong, motivated teams. In this position, you’ll strengthen the financial backbone of our organization—ensuring every visit, every service, and every patient experience is supported by accurate, efficient, and forward-thinking revenue cycle operations.
You’ll collaborate closely with Health Services leadership, Finance, and administrative partners to drive innovation, identify new revenue opportunities, and optimize the resources that keep our mission strong. What You’ll Lead:
• Day-to-day oversight of all revenue cycle functions
• Coding, billing, reimbursement, and payer policy expertise
• System and workflow improvements that enhance efficiency
• Denial management, AR oversight, and financial performance tracking
• Clinical documentation education and training
• Compliance, audits, and financial stewardship
• Management of a talented revenue cycle team
• Provider credentialing and collaborative organizational partnerships
What We’re Looking For:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, HIM, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 3+ years in medical billing, collections, or revenue cycle management
• Supervisory experience preferred
• Strong understanding of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, payer rules, and reimbursement processes
• Coding certification (CPC) preferred
• Epic, EHR, and clearinghouse experience a plus
• A passion for mission-driven work and operational excellence
Compensation & Benefits:
• $80,000–$87,000 annually (DOE)
• Additional $1/hr Spanish language differential for bilingual staff
