  • We just watched our customer take 4 fragmented systems and roll them into 1 single source of truth. They pulled it off with 0 minutes of downtime for their 300 users. Kudos Bogdan, Olaf, Pawel and Daniel from RTB House!

    4 Pipedrive instances, 1 global environment, and 0 minutes of downtime during work hours. We just finished consolidating our Pipedrive CRM at RTB House, merging 4 regional instances into one single source of truth. The main goal was to unify our data without affecting the daily work of over 300 users - which we achieved by executing the migration over several weekends. This wouldn't have been possible without the right people and the trust of our leadership. I want to thank our Board for the trust in green-lighting this project and Marcela Burchard (Vice President, Revenue Growth Engineering) for supporting us with massive experience and strategic guidance throughout the entire process. The RTB House team: Olaf Puchalski- for your coordination and successfully leading this shortly after joining RTB. Paweł Lato - for being our data guardian and ensuring every record was solid through countless checks. Daniel Kazarnowicz - for handling the external integrations and the critical brainstorming sessions on the home stretch. The Pipedrive team: A huge thank you to Hanno Sirkel, Sergio Pinto, and Carolina Santos. This was a true partnership. You provided deep technical expertise and went above and beyond to make a complex transition feel easy. Your flexibility during the transition period and your collaborative mindset were exactly what we needed to pull this off. It meant a lot to have the Pipedrive team so closely aligned with us. Everything is now in one place. Moving on to the next one.
