We’re seeking a Program Controls Manager (Reporting) to support large, complex heavy-civil infrastructure programs, including highways, roads, bridges, transit (rail and bus), and aviation projects delivered through both traditional and alternative methods. This role is responsible for leading program-level reporting strategy, managing enterprise and program reporting functions, and ensuring reporting outputs support timely, informed decision-making across executive leadership and stakeholder groups. The position also supports project-level reporting activities as needed and serves as a liaison with financial and functional teams to support reporting alignment across the broader program. This is a long-term, full-time, on-site (4-5 days per week in office) located in Sacramento, CA. I completed 3 years of service in my 2nd tour of duty with Luster National on April 20th! I am working at SFMTA as a consultant senior scheduler on their CBTC Train Control Upgrade Program (TCUP). Luster is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler to support large, heavy-civil infrastructure programs across transportation and rail transit. This role is responsible for reviewing and analyzing contractor schedules, overseeing schedule management efforts, and supporting schedule development activities, including what-if scenario analysis and ongoing schedule maintenance. The position also supports weekly and monthly reporting on schedule performance, analysis, and project progress. This is a long-term, full-time, hybrid position (3-4 days per week in office) located in Sacramento, CA, with a 50% travel expectation.
