  • We are incredibly grateful to FourLeaf Federal Credit Union for their partnership and dedication to our mission.💙 Their support will help expand mental health services to meet the needs of children, families and individuals across New York City and Long Island. At last week’s Spring Cocktail Reception, we were proud to recognize FourLeaf’s President and CEO, Linda A., as our 2026 Humanitarian for her continuous work nurturing youth and family well-being. We are also thankful to the FourLeaf team members volunteered at our Macrone-Davis Arts Center, a space for arts, music and wellness activities for young people who live in our residential foster care program. Volunteers transformed the vacant rooms into a vibrant and inviting space to support creativity and self expression. We can’t thank FourLeaf enough for their support and are excited to continue our partnership to help young people grow, thrive and reach their full potential.

In recognition of Mental Health Awareness Month, our team was happy to support the incredible work being done at Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York. From assembling instruments to helping create a welcoming music studio space, our volunteers were proud to contribute to an environment that will support creativity, expression, and well-being. We’re also honored to support their mission with a $100,000 donation, helping further their work with children, families, and individuals across our communities. Our President and CEO, Linda Armyn was recently recognized as the 2026 Humanitarian for her continuous work to our communities and dedication to Little Flower’s mission.

  • Today, Little Flower and St. John’s team members boldly stood together in support of wage equity at the City Hall #JustPay Rally, sponsored by Human Services Council of New York (HSC). Thank you to our dedicated leaders, Corinne Hammons, President and CEO of Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York and Jennifer Horsley, Executive Director of St John's Residence for Boys for their leadership and advocacy in support of this important cause. We’re grateful for Corinne’s leadership as an HSC Board Member and #JustPay Steering Committee Member, connecting our organization to this impactful movement. We deeply appreciate the staff members who traveled to City Hall, bringing with them great energy, strong voices and solidarity as we stood together for a day of advocacy! We rallied to support Wage Equity Legislation (Int 0452), introduced to City Council that will help close the 30% pay gap between nonprofit and government human services workers. This legislation creates a new wage requirement system that aligns nonprofit and City job titles, and through that, aligns their salaries. We’re fighting for a system that supports higher starting salaries, reduced turnover and more stable services long-term. Hear from Corinne Hammons about why she fights for #JustPay: "The #JustPay campaign has been extremely effective in securing city and state COLAs, but it is so much broader in scope than annual salary increases for direct care staff. By rallying toward the positive hope and promise of true, codified, wage equity, we will ensure both a more affordable New York and also a workforce whose value is understood and supported by all New Yorkers. As a proud member of the #JustPay steering committee, I am certain the rally will be a pivotal moment in the movement."

  • A huge thank you to FourLeaf Federal Credit Union for volunteering at our Wading River campus! We gathered at the Macrone-Davis Arts Center, a space for youth to relax and express themselves through music, crafts and wellness activities. Volunteers made the Music Room and Zen Den come to life by building furniture such as a bookcase, yoga mat storage, desks, and chairs, and decorating with rugs and decals. Now, youth have comfortable spaces to write music, do yoga, meditate and so much more. We are deeply grateful to FourLeaf for the many ways they help Little Flower youth feel seen and valued.

  • Meet Karima Garcia, Little Flower’s Quality Assurance Specialist!🌟 🎓Through her work at Little Flower, Karima’s goal is to pass on the kindness she received as a child to today’s generation in foster care.
