What happens when the next generation steps onto the court and sees exactly who they can become? That was the motivation behind LOVB SKIMS SERVE ATX, where League One Volleyball (LOVB) and SKIMS welcomed 90 young athletes and their families for a complimentary, one-of-a-kind immersive experience. Pros, Olympians, collegiate NIL athletes, and campers shared the same space—the same court—closing the gap between where these athletes are today and where they’re headed.
From training with Olympic medalists like Courtney Thompson and Kim Hill, to powerful panels with LOVB Austin pros and top collegiate NIL athletes, the day was grounded in access and real conversation. Athletes didn’t just hear about the next level—they experienced it. Throughout the day they asked questions, learned new skills from the best of the best, built connections, and left with the courage to pursue their dreams.
Held at HCI Sports & Fitness in Bee Cave, Texas, the day blended elite training with lasting impact. Every participant left with a SKIMS gift bag and a renewed sense of confidence and inspiration. Alongside the event, SKIMS donated 20% of net sales from its Austin store’s Sleep and Cotton Fleece collections to the LOVB Foundation– reinforcing a shared commitment to investing in the next generation.
“SKIMS was built on the belief that true confidence transforms how you show up, whether you're stepping onto the court, into the boardroom, or chasing your biggest dreams,” said Kim Kardashian, Chief Creative Officer & Co-Founder, SKIMS. “Partnering with LOVB for LOVB SKIMS SERVE ATX brings that ethos to life for the next generation of athletes in a meaningful way. These young women are the future, and by creating spaces where they build resilience, leadership, and unshakeable self-belief through sport, we're empowering them to lead both on and off the court—and to achieve whatever they set their minds to in life.”
