As we head into summer, we’re excited to bring back our Summer Fridays program at Kiss Beauty Group! Starting this week until Labor Day, our teams have the option to flex their schedules earlier in the week so they can step away on Friday afternoons and make more room for what matters—family, friends, rest, travel, fresh air, or simply a slower start to the weekend. This program reflects a belief we take seriously: great work is sustained by great people, and great people do their best when they have the time and space to recharge. We’re proud to offer Summer Fridays as one more way we support wellbeing, flexibility, and a culture where performance and balance can go hand in hand. Here’s to a productive, energized, and well-earned summer. ☀️ #SummerFridays #EmployeeWellbeing #WorkplaceCulture #Flexibility #LifeAtKissBeautyGroup

If you've followed us as Kiss Products, Inc. — you're in the right place. We just got a bigger name. Today, we're introducing Kiss Beauty Group. For 30+ years, we've been building something much larger than any single brand. You know Kiss — the leader in nail care and false lashes. You may know imPress, Falscara, Kiss Colors & Care, or Red. What's been less visible is the platform behind all of them: more than a dozen brands, sold in 100+ countries, backed by an integrated network spanning product development, manufacturing, and global distribution. Kiss Beauty Group makes that platform visible. This isn't about introducing something new. It's about making clear what we've built — and where we're going next. 👋 Welcome to Kiss Beauty Group.

On Giving Tuesday, we focused on something simple—and essential: showing up for our communities. With employees from across Kiss Products, Inc., we assembled 500 care packages combining food essentials and personal care/beauty items to support Long Island Cares, Inc | The Harry Chapin Food Bank and NOSH Delivers! in their work to reach individuals and families facing food insecurity. For many households, these basics can ease immediate pressure—and help restore a sense of dignity and normalcy. What made the day stand out was the collective mindset. Teams stepped in across every role—building boxes, stocking stations, packing, taping, moving finished kits, and keeping the operation running smoothly—so we could deliver meaningful impact in a short window of time. To everyone who volunteered, donated, helped organize, or supported behind the scenes: thank you. This is what it looks like when values move from words to action. #GivingTuesday #CommunityImpact #EmployeeVolunteering #KISSProducts #CSR #Teamwork #LongIslandCares #NoshDelivers

On October 28, Kiss Products, Inc. partnered with Project Glimmer for the second Beauty Editorial Empower Hour — a virtual event inspiring young women from underserved communities to explore careers in beauty and media. Building on our partnership that began on International Women’s Day, this session welcomed over 200 students and recent graduates from across the country, including those connected through organizations supporting foster care, crisis care, mental health, and youth services. Following our first session, “Beauty Edit: Behind the Story,” this new edition, “Wicked Press & Polish,” spotlighted the creativity and collaboration behind the KISS x Wicked Collab with NBC. Our inspiring panelists — Ching Wen (Corrine) Chia, MBA (Senior Marketing Manager, imPress Nails), Jacklyn Czapla (Senior Graphic + Packaging Designer, KISS Nails), and Tahsiyn Harley (Nail Artist & Global Nail Product Designer) — shared behind-the-scenes insights into the design process, teamwork, and storytelling that brought this collaboration to life. The session centered on one theme: Passion — the spark that drives creativity, courage, and purpose. We’re honored to continue our partnership with Project Glimmer, supporting their mission to help young women build confidence, envision their future, and see what’s possible. Together, we’re creating meaningful, lasting impact — one Empower Hour at a time. #KISSProducts #ProjectGlimmer #EmpowerHour #BeautyWithPurpose #WomenInMedia #KISSxWicked #NBC

On October 28, our team came together for the 2025 KISS Pink Out Walk in support of Breast Cancer Awareness Month — standing side by side, wearing pink, and holding Honor Cards close to our hearts in solidarity with those impacted by breast cancer. Together, we filled our Wall of Hope with messages of love, courage, and remembrance — each card carrying a story, a name, and a symbol of hope. It was a beautiful reminder that this cause goes far beyond a single day; it’s about showing that we care deeply, remember wholeheartedly, and stand united for every woman and family touched by breast cancer. This year, Kiss Products, Inc. proudly continues its commitment through meaningful partnerships and initiatives. In collaboration with the The Breast Cancer Research Foundation (BCRF) and the National Breast Cancer Foundation, Inc. (NBCF), KISS supports prevention, early detection, and education — while contributing beauty and comfort products to women undergoing treatment. From the Pink Promise event to ongoing awareness campaigns, we proudly walk together for hope, care, and empowerment. At KISS, we believe in beauty with purpose — and on October 28, we walked for every story, every woman, and every moment of hope. #KISSProducts #PinkOutWalk #BreastCancerAwarenessMonth #BeautyWithPurpose #BCRF #NBCF #Hope #Community

On May 27, Kiss Products, Inc. partnered with Project Glimmer for the Beauty Editorial Empower Hour—a virtual event designed to inspire young women from underserved communities as they explore careers in beauty and media. We welcomed over 200 attendees, including high schoolers, college students, and new grads from across the country. Many came through organizations supporting foster care, crisis care, mental health, homelessness, and youth services—and are first-generation college students, BIPOC, from low-income households, or navigating life with a disability. Themed “Beauty Edit: Behind the Story,” the session featured insights from: · Kristin Giarrusso, Marketing Director, KISS Nails · Gianna Cesa, Behrman Cesa Communication · April Franzino, Senior Beauty + Style Director, Hearst Magazines Together, we explored storytelling, strategy, and the real journeys behind building a career in beauty. The energy in the chat made one thing clear—this conversation matters. This event is part of our ongoing partnership with Project Glimmer, which began on International Women’s Day, when we raised funds through KISS product sales to support their mission. Together, we’re working to create meaningful, lasting impact and help young women see what’s possible. #KISSCares #ProjectGlimmer #EmpowerHour #BeautyWithPurpose
