Fueled by passion, KAYALI was founded in 2018 by beauty mogul and fragrance fanatic, Mona Kattan. Translating to ‘my imagination’ in Arabic, Kayali is inspired by her rich Middle Eastern heritage and the sacred ritual of layering scents to help you create your mood. Mona collaborates with some of the world’s most renowned perfumers and sources the finest ingredients to create unique juices that are infinitely memorable, long-lasting, and cruelty-free.     4 years at KAYALI 🎉 It’s crazy looking back at how much has changed since I first started out designing posts, writing captions and just trying to figure everything out. Over the years that grew into managing content calendars, thinking more strategically and diving into insights to understand what actually makes people connect with us. Working at KAYALI has definitely come with its perks too like somehow ending up with 10 bottles of Yum Boujee Marshmallow and thinking it’s completely normal ☺️ What makes this journey even more special is the people. I never thought I’d make so many close friends at work but I’m so grateful I did. They’ve made even the busiest days seem fun. A special thank you to Mona Monica Kattan for the constant support and inspiration, my social team for being the best people to grow alongside, and Kara Davis for always giving the best advice and for introducing me to Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway, which ended up becoming such a meaningful read for me ❤️
