  • At JWI, great site development starts with listening. We work closely with clients to understand their goals, navigate challenges, and deliver solutions that create lasting value. From due diligence and feasibility to site planning, utilities, stormwater management, roadway design, and construction administration, our team helps bring projects to life through thoughtful, sustainable engineering. We believe successful development balances today’s needs with tomorrow’s opportunities – creating spaces that perform better, last longer, and better serve our clients and the communities they support. That’s the JWI difference.

  • Some of the best conversations happen when women come together to learn from one another and celebrate growth. At JWI, WINGS continues to create moments for meaningful connection through the work of its three committees. This panel, hosted by the Professional Development Committee, focused on conversations around career growth, skill development, mentorship, confidence, and building credibility early. It was a powerful reminder of how much can come from sharing experiences and supporting one another. The honesty and insight shared throughout the discussion made the event both inspiring and energizing. WINGS is all about building and nurturing the space where women tell their stories, share lessons, and offer encouragement. A strong community makes all the difference!

  • From concept to first welcome, JWI has helped deliver Airport Clubs and Lounges nationwide for over 15 years. From Program Management to Planning & Design Services, we partner with airlines and third-party providers to create spaces that are functional, elevated, and built for a top-tier passenger experience. We develop space standards, optimize layouts, and guide every detail throughout the process while staying involved every step of the way, from initial planning to furniture placement and final opening preparation. By leveraging trusted relationships with airports, airlines, and contractors, we help deliver beautifully designed spaces that are ready to perform from day one.

  • Calling all aviation students! Every year, JWI proudly sponsors Airport Minority Advisory Council's Diversity in Aviation Scholarship, supporting a student of color pursuing a construction career in the aviation industry. This scholarship is now officially open, with applications due by May 31st. We’re grateful for the opportunity to support students in their education and future careers each year alongside the AMAC Foundation.
