Another project completion in the books! Our team recently delivered Duly Health and Care's Dermatology clinic in Lombard, helping bring expanded access to expert skincare services to the western suburbs. This state-of-the-art clinic will offer patients solutions to everyday skin concerns, specialized dermatology care, and a range of aesthetic and beauty-focused treatments. Thank you to Duly Health and Care as well as our project partners for helping bring this project to life!

Our project team and partners recently celebrated the groundbreaking for the Village of Northbrook Fire Station No. 11! This new ground-up facility will be fully electric and energy-efficient, featuring four one-way apparatus bays with four-fold doors, a decontamination room, hose tower, storm shelter, expansive storage mezzanine, turnout gear rooms, and additional operational support spaces. We’re proud to partner with the Village of Northbrook on delivering a facility that will strengthen services for the local community.

We're proud to announce that the Downers Grove Civic Center has been honored with a 2026 Chicago Building Congress (CBC) Merit Award, recognizing the project team’s commitment to innovation, collaboration and construction excellence. “The Downers Grove Civic Center is a reflection of what can be accomplished when strong partnerships, thoughtful planning and a shared commitment to the community come together,” said Leigh McMillen, executive vice president of operations at Leopardo. “This project required an extraordinary level of collaboration between our project teams, trade partners, the Village of Downers Grove, Illinois and FGM Architects. We are honored to see that effort recognized by the Chicago Building Congress.” The recognition further reinforces Leopardo’s continued leadership in delivering complex municipal and community-focused projects throughout the region. We are thrilled to share that Senior Preconstruction Manager Matt Pederson has been recognized with the Outstanding Estimator award as part of the ASA Chicago Our Stars Are Shining Awards program. “Matt has earned the respect of clients, design partners and trade contractors through his consistency and collaborative approach,” said Euisang Lee, AIA, LEED AP, Senior Vice President of Preconstruction. “At Leopardo, preconstruction is about more than numbers. It requires communication, problem-solving and the ability to help teams navigate complex decisions related to cost, schedule and logistics. Our work doesn't end at the jobsite. Team Leopardo recently rolled up our sleeves to volunteer at Rebuilding Together Metro Chicago, focusing on the installation of home safety features and bathroom upgrades will help make a difference in the resident's everyday life. We're proud to be a long-time supporter of Rebuilding Together, an organization whose work continues to revitalize and strengthen the communities where we live and build.

Thrilled to share the completion photos from our latest project with Premise Health! The Pella Wellness Center transformation converted an existing space into a full-service private healthcare facility, complete with exam rooms, procedure rooms, clinical support areas, and fully equipped labs with medical storage. We're honored to be a part of a project that brings a wide range of high-quality services to the community, including primary care, behavioral health, pharmacy, and care management.
