California just launched a $1 billion point-of-sale rebate program for electric medium and heavy-duty trucks, and it changes the procurement process for fleets buying now. If you're procuring Class 2b-8 electric trucks in the next few months, the new California Clean Fuel Reward (CCFR) is the program to use. No voucher application, rebate applied at the point of sale, funding in 10 days. If you're procuring cargo vans now, or planning ahead for future vehicle orders like the Tesla Semi, HVIP is still your best path to secure incentives for your fleet. Swipe for the full breakdown and reach out to our team if you’re interested in how you can leverage the best funding options for your fleet: https://lnkd.in/eS5BBs6P

Wrapping up another packed week at Inspiration! We had some new faces to the office, Jon Keller, Holly Payne, and Elijah O., we're glad to have you in the office and on the team. Josh Green and Kate Raley McIlroy also spent a great few days with our investor Macquarie Asset Management, meeting and reconnecting with leaders in investment, energy, and policy about the future of fleet electrification. And to cap off the week, Josh joined Climate Group for a webinar alongside AstraZeneca to dig into what the future of fleet electrification looks like for large commercial operators.

ACT Expo 2026 is a wrap! Our team spent the week connecting with industry leaders and fleet operators who are ready to future proof their fleets for the next decade. But, fleet managers face a real challenge as the disconnect between the fleet and the right charging infrastructure can make it difficult to operate EVs at scale. That’s why our combine fleet management services and energy infrastructure expertise make integrating EVs into your fleet an easy choice. Whether you’re fully electric, just getting started, or still evaluating if EVs are right for your operations, we’re the partner managing your entire fleet through that transition and beyond. #actexpo2026

In case you missed #NAFA2026, the fleet industry is all in on AI and the future of ICE and EVs, in summary, exactly what we covered at our Day 1 breakfast panel. In Cleveland, the conversation painted a clear picture: AI is reshaping operations, mixed fleets are the new normal, costs aren't relenting, and the EV industry has moved decisively from if to where and how. Our CEO Josh Green sat down with Automotive Fleet’s Chris Brown at NAFA to share his take: fleets don't have to wait for a perfect moment to make progress with EVs. The "flip the switch" moment, when EVs are the obvious choice for every vehicle, is coming. But meaningful progress is possible right now, even in a mixed ICE and EV environment. That's exactly what we're built for. Helping fleets navigate the complexity of EVs alongside existing vehicles, across facilities, energy management, sustainability, and operations, all at once. NAFA recap from Automotive Fleet in the comments 👇

Inspiration CEO Josh Green is heading to Chicago for Sustainability LIVE's US Summit! He'll be diving into the energy segments, from the grid to fleets, that sustainability leaders can leverage to meet emissions goals and drive cost savings on the Energy Transition Forum. We're looking forward to the conversations at the summit - see you next week!
With sustainability / ESG initiatives increasingly under attack and out of favor in corporate board rooms, pressure is greater than ever for sustainability leaders to justify their budgets (if not their existence) by delivering bottom line financial results in addition to GHG emissions reductions. The days of voluntarily paying more for something in order to achieve an environmental outcome are long gone (at least until the current cycle inevitably shifts back). That pressure, and what companies can do about it, is exactly what I'm looking forward to digging into next week at Sustainability LIVE US on the Energy Transition Forum alongside Allison B. (ABB), Emmanuel Guilhamon (Rockwell Automation), and Amy Pastor, PE, CxA, LEED Fellow, ENV SP (EXP). As companies scale back their ambitions and budgets, the focus needs to turn to the many unexploited measures that both save money AND reduce GHG emissions. Sustainability and bottom-line financial results need not be mutually exclusive. This conversation has never been more timely. Recent global energy market volatility has shifted alternative energy solutions back into the spotlight, and for CSOs, that's both a challenge and an opportunity. Energy remains a large and underutilized cost levers available to the C-suite. Transportation is a prime example: accounting for a third of U.S. greenhouse gas emissions, it's a significant cost center for many companies that often flies under the radar when CSOs look across their portfolios and goals. Fleet electrification is one of the rare solutions that simultaneously cuts emissions and improves the bottom line, yet companies are barely scratching the surface in terms of what could be achieved, today, while improving the bottom line. Done right, with the right data, it's not a tradeoff, it's a strategic advantage. If you'll be at Sustainability Live US, I’d love to connect. See you all next week!
