We’re proud to partner with Sesame Workshop for the “Love, Your Mind” campaign to share an important message for moms, alongside Huntsman Mental Health Foundation and Arthur M. Blank Family Foundation. Motherhood can be deeply joyful, but it can also be emotionally demanding. This new work points to resources designed to address the unique challenges moms face, helping them care for their well-being so they can show up for their little ones, their families and for themselves. #LoveYourMind

It's Older Americans Month, so let's talk about ageism. Ageism doesn’t just shape how we see others—it impacts mental health, too. Anne Asman, MS, explains how shifting the narrative around aging can help reduce stigma, support well-being, and create a more inclusive world for all generations. Wow! It's hard to put into words the feeling of coming together with your community and doing a service project. Knowing you're making an impact, whether for one person or a large organization, is an undeniably fulfilling and rewarding feeling, but also deeply personal and sometimes emotional. This past Saturday, the SLC University of Utah Alumni community showed up to build hygiene kits for Huntsman Mental Health Institute at the University of Utah. Throughout the past few months, Huntsman Mental Health Foundation, The Student Alumni Board at University of Utah, and Utah alums locally and nationally have been collecting donations which would fill these kits. I can't even count the amount of goods we were sent, but those goods filled nearly 300!!! hygiene kits! I shed some tears thinking about the lives that are cared for and served through Huntsman Mental Health Institute at the University of Utah. We got to hear from Brett Graham, HMHI's new President, about how needed and useful the services of HMHI are, serving people from all over the Mountain West. He shared that the institute is always full for their acute care center and they're growing throughout the Salt Lake valley. As hard as it is to get help, we're hoping to ease that burden by providing these kits with items their patients don't even have to think about bringing when in need. Huge shoutouts to Hanson Gu, Tyler Jaros, Bradley De Boer, and Thomas Taglione for helping make this project such a success! And to all those who showed up, donated, or promoted this service project, THANK U! We couldn't have made such a great impact without you. Til next year!

From a wheat field in Idaho to helping lead one of the top mental health institutes in the Mountain West, Dave Eldredge’s path was anything but typical. Dave turned adversity into purpose: channeling lived experience into compassionate, people-first care that meets others where they are. His journey is a powerful reminder: the most impactful leaders don’t just study the work, they’ve lived it. And they’re using that insight to change lives every day. 💙 Read more of Dave's story here https://bit.ly/4366fIo #MentalHealthMatters #Leadership #PurposeDriven #HealthcareLeadership University of Utah Health
