Excited to share that HH Fund has successfully completed the disposition of HH Midtown, a 114-unit, 323-bed premier student housing asset in Baltimore—just steps from multiple major universities. Since acquiring the asset in 2016, our team transformed it through a strategic value-add repositioning from traditional multifamily to purpose-built student housing. We executed targeted upgrades, enhanced amenities like the resident lounge and coffee bar, and delivered consistent NOI growth through operational excellence. This exit represents a strong win for our investors—and we’re proud that HH Red Stone Properties will continue managing the property post-sale, ensuring consistency, care, and performance for residents and the new owner.
