We currently manage 10+ convenient and affordable meetings that occur annually, ranging from one celebrating a 33rd anniversary down to one that will launch in 2020. We treat each meeting and year as a new opportunity to accomplish bigger and better outcomes than previously achieved. We owe our success to managing of every aspect of the planning and execution process, including: -Hotel selection and contracts -Faculty coordination -Promotional campaigns and branding -Meeting registration -Housing bureaus -Exhibit and sponsorship sales -Networking events -On-site materials and management Our team ensures that the unique meeting experiences we create are as beneficial to the attendees as they are to the exhibiting and sponsoring companies.
