A first-of-its-kind investment in western Nebraska, the North Platte Collaboration Campus will bring education, early childhood development, food access, family support, and community programming together on one shared site. Along with J Rose Partners and BVH Architecture, Hausmann is helping coordinate this multi-building project with a focus on strong partnerships and responsible stewardship of community resources. With a blessing ceremony led by the tribe, we officially broke ground on two new facilities for Flandreau Santee Sioux Tribe. The Tribal Services Center and Wellness Center will create spaces focused on health, community, and essential tribal services. Lee's Summit R-7 School District serves more than 17,000 students across the Kansas City metro. Erik Berlin (Fort Collins) brings experience across commercial and multifamily construction, manufacturing management, and project engineering to his new role at Hausmann. His background includes 17 years as a commercial general contractor in the Arizona market and over 15 years in Northern Colorado, supported by a deep network across Colorado's Front Range and a strong ability to align business goals with project outcomes.
