We started yesterday at First Course for First Step House, and we’re still buzzing from what an incredible morning it was. Nearly 300 people from across our community – business leaders, elected officials, volunteers, and partners – chose to start their day talking about meaning, purpose, and recovery. Together, we celebrated Utahns rebuilding their lives and the role we all play in fueling recovery across our community. Being in a room like that is a powerful reminder of what’s possible when people from different walks of life come together around shared values – and around the belief that care should meet people where they are. We also shared a major announcement about what’s ahead for First Step House, and we can’t wait to share more with you soon. To everyone who attended, thank you for sharing your time with us.
