What does inefficient compound management really cost? In this case: • workflows took >5 days • scientists were heavily involved in operational tasks • systems were fragmented and manual After implementing a unified solution with eMolecules: • ~3,200 FTE hours saved annually • >60% reduction in scientist involvement • 2–3 days faster compound delivery • expanded chemical space and better library design And the result is lower operational cost, faster timelines, and more productive teams. In today’s turbulent times, efficiency and smart solutions bring not just a real competitive advantage, they can make things work as it should. And that’s where real efficiency lives. At eMolecules we make compound management seamless, just leave us a note here at Linkedin if you would like to talk further or visit https://lnkd.in/eNsX3HKM

Highly trained scientists should be doing what they do best, not the admin work needed for them to do their job. Yet, it happens more often than we think. When compound management is fragmented, scientists end up: • Sourcing compounds • Managing orders • Reconciling data • Chasing availability Important work that needs to be done, but in most cases it is not the work scientists love to do or were hired to do. This should be done by specialists, freeing time for the scientific teams to advance on their projects. By integrating compound sourcing, data, and workflows, eMolecules helped: • Reducing manual steps dramatically • Eliminating system-switching • Returning focus to science Learn how we support development teams and streamline your compounds management. Very exciting to see this collaboration between eMolecules and Alipheron come to life. The combination of the ultra-large, synthetically accessible chemical space of eXplore-Synple with the 3D molecular design capabilities of Pharos-3D, allows researchers to explore new ways of efficiently identifying and prioritizing compounds for drug discovery. A great example of how complementary technologies can help scientists navigate chemical space more efficiently and accelerate discovery. A big thank you to the teams of Alipheron and Synple Chem for the impressive work on this collaboration!

The shift toward New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) is accelerating, and with it the need for high-quality benchmarking data. That’s why eMolecules introduces the Hepatotoxicity benchmarking library: • 491 curated compounds • Well-characterized in vivo and clinical profiles • Emphasizes pharmaceuticals, agrochemicals, and developmental compounds Developed from the OASIS Consortium led by Health and Environmental Sciences Institute (HESI) and Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard, this pre-plated compound set delivers robust, non-animal alternatives for comprehensive toxicity studies. Result: More predictive, human-relevant toxicology, with less reliance on animal testing. Leave us a note if you would like to know more about this pre-plated library! Or visit https://lnkd.in/e9jRTCDV and download the factsheet. Also, visit the OASIS website for further info at https://lnkd.in/eZW4kcgF

The biggest bottleneck in drug discovery isn’t always chemistry, it’s often everything around it. In a large pharmaceutical organization, scientists were juggling: • searching across 6–7 systems • manually sourcing compounds • manage ordering, tracking, and reformatting This work process had gradually crept in, not by choice, but because of historical growth, because the system required it, or simply because of an organic development over time. With our Compound Management Services we consolidated workflows and integrated internal libraries with commercially available data through eMolecules: • Scientist involvement dropped by 60%+ • Compound delivery accelerated by 2–3 days • Thousands of hours were freed annually Curious on what this can do for your organization? Just message us here on LinkedIn, or visit https://lnkd.in/eNsX3HKM

Ordering a compound shouldn’t feel like a project, but in many organizations it still does. • Multiple systems • Disconnected inventories • Manual approvals • Unclear availability What should take minutes, as a results ended up taking days. We worked closely with a large pharmaceutical company to streamline everything into: • One workflow • One order • One integrated view of internal + commercial compounds Result: • 2–3 days faster delivery • Fewer handoffs • Full traceability and control Discover how we simplify compound workflows, and how you can benefit from our expertise. Synple Kits, with their integrated reaction and work up processes, are ideally suited to a Direct-2-Biology approach. The goal of the work-up is to remove residual starting materials, reagents and known-byproducts, ensuring much cleaner samples are available for the assay. https://bit.ly/3JaZ8rB #synplekits #d2b #synplechem #emolecules
