The East West Bank Plaza is LIT! ✨ What an incredible evening at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts for The Wallis Delivers Gala, celebrating the unveiling of East West Bank Plaza and honoring Jeanie Buss with the 2026 Wallis Annenberg Icon Award. Through our long-standing partnership with the Los Angeles Lakers, we saw Jeanie make history as the first female controlling owner to lead an NBA franchise to a championship in 2020. Congratulations to our friend on this well-deserved honor. CEO Dominic Ng, along with East West Bank board members and executives, joined guests including Kevin Demoff, Nicolas Berggruen, Lindsay Goffman, Nicola Peltz Beckham, Brooklyn Beckham and many others for a memorable evening. Special thanks to Magic Johnson, Debbie Allen and Jean Davidson, the new Executive Director and CEO of The Wallis, for recognizing East West Bank’s contributions to Los Angeles. A powerful day of unity, community, and purpose.   East West Bank was proud to serve as the presenting sponsor of the 18th Annual WalkUnitedLA 5K Run/Walk at SoFi Stadium and Hollywood Park, joining thousands of Angelenos in support of stronger communities across Los Angeles.   Hosted by United Way of Greater Los Angeles in partnership with the Los Angeles Rams, the event raised support for critical initiatives focused on housing stability, education and opportunities for students and families throughout LA County.   Our Chief Risk Officer, Irene Oh, took the stage to reflect on East West Bank’s 30‑year partnership with United Way. Elise Buik, President & CEO of United Way Greater Los Angeles; Kevin Demoff, President of the Los Angeles Rams and Quarterback Matthew Stafford also shared inspiring remarks.   Team East West Bank showed up in a big way, with more than 700 participants coming together to raise significant funds for the cause and earn recognition as one of the event’s top fundraising teams. Chief Financial Officer Christopher Del Moral-Niles, CFA was also honored as the overall top individual fundraiser.
